About:

This has been a work in progress for many years but at the moment it allows a photographer to scan a customers wristband QR code which then attaches the customers ID to the photo and then that photo is posted online instantly. The system also publishes the photos to the venues internal TV screens and allows for custom message captions.
Behind the scenes this project can be separated into 2 parts the venue LAN based elements and the Online elements.
Whilst building the LAN elements I learnt a lot amount building and running an intranet, Guest Wifi, Apache servers, Rest APIs and android development. For the Online aspects of this project I learnt a lot about running web applications on Cpanel based hosting, REST APIs, Laravel Applications and user accounts / authentication.
